We enjoyed our stay at the property, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property was as advertised, the rooms was clean, comfortable and spacious. The property has an attached restaurant which for travelers arriving at various times is very convenient. We did not have the breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning.

I found the location a little inconvenient, I thought the property was closer to the Lyon Part Dieu Railway Station. However, the booking was a last minute decision on our part and the taxi fare was not excessive.

- Friendly and attentive staff - In a quiet neighbourhood, but only couple blocks from the metro/bus station (the liveliest parts of downtown are only two train stops away and trains run every couple minutes) - Lots of amenities e.g. kettle/AC/extra towels/water bottle in room, restaurant/bar/fitness centre in building, 24 hour staff, welcoming reception area - Room was very spacious and comfortable

- The shower head and ceiling had some mould, which was probably due to the lack of a fan in the bathroom

The bed was comfortable, getting to and from the hotel was easy and it was quiet, no noise.

The small shower head was clogged and needed a good brush, and the shower door didn't stay closed.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a little out of the city centre, but close to a metro station

The location is in a quiet suburb away from the old town and the city centre. You need to take a metro train one or two stops to get there each time (2€ per person)(Closest metro station is Gorge du Loup and city centre is at Viex Lyon and Bellecour. The airport is a train (Rhoneexpress) and 2 subway changes away - it takes about an hour to get there. The breakfast was very good, tasty and a full array of foods from fresh fruit, charcuterie, breads, delicious teas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant. The city is fabulous to visit.

The soap had run out in both the shower and the sink in our bathroom which was a little annoying on arrival.

Rugby trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was harder than we are used to, the pillows were not comfortable and there were no more to choose from. There were no draws in the whole of the room to store clothes or belongings. There is no mini bar or fridge in the room. The bathroom had a leaking sink pipe and the toilet would drip fill after flushing. We had to ask for more toilet paper even though the room had just been cleaned and we found an empty bottle and dirty coffee cup on the floor next to the lift that no one removed for 3 days. Breakfast is ok but get there so we than later to get warm food. The area around the hotel is mainly housing, the local supermarket closes at 2pm and 8pm and a pizza restaurant next door is only open 2x 3 hours a day, not late evening. Be aware you will need to travel everywhere with the metro which can be very busy and very full.
